Throughout the Blogosphere and family, I’m always amazed at the people I come in contact with who want to wish us well, pray for Zoe and her parents and offer up their strength through kind words and gestures.
I’ve created this page as a place for you to write whatever you’d like for Zoe and her parents to read. You can be funny, silly, you can even suggest a fun site for us to visit while we wait (nothing says spending time like webkinz!)
Whatever you choose to say, we thank you. We appreciate your support, your prayers, and you just stopping in to say hi to us all.
Thank you and God Bless you,
Aunt Nikki

Zoe,
You probably don’t know me personally but we are related. I am your mom’s cousin so that makes us second cousins! You looked really pretty at your grandpa’s wedding. Until I heard about your heart this fall, I never knew you had problems when you were a baby. You were strong enough as a baby, so I’m sure that you have enough strength to keep going until you get a new heart! Your website looks really nice. I just got the flyer for your benefit dinner in my e-mail. Uncle Mark sent it to me. We plan to come and invite as many people as we can so we can earn as much as possible for you. Here’s a riddle for you to think about: What do you get when you cross a snowman with a wolf? (frostbite) Hope you are keeping warm inside, cus it’s getting cold outside. I’ll be back for another riddle to challenge you.
Your 2nd cuz, Rebecca

Hi Gabe, Zoe, Mom and Dad,
Just wanted to let you all know that we have been praying for you. Zoe, I miss saying hi to you in the hallways and I miss your great big smile!!!
The entire third and fourth grade class has also been praying for you and miss you a bunch! We hope you liked the HUGE card we sent to you. That was a neat idea Mrs. Kime had. Gabe, I know this must be hard to see your little sister like this. Pray hard, Gabe. Don’t lose faith. Zoe, be brave, sweetie. The Bible says that you CAN do all things through Christ who gives YOU strength. Mom and Dad, may you find peace in all of this. God’s peace. My prayer is that you will sense His Spirit about you as you lean on Him for direction, strength and peace. Love to all. If you ever just need to talk, call me.
-Mrs. Kish
Also, I told my Mom who lives in Florida about you and she asked her entire church to pray for you. So many people, Zoe, are praying for YOU!!!

Hi Zoe,
We are so glad to see your picture with French Fries! We read you Christmas list and thought that was pretty cool. As soon as you are back to school, I will be sure that you get a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch! We are praying for you everyday. I wear my button that has your picture on it everyday. I have had many people ask me about your picture and I tell them that you are a very special girl and that God is going to give you a new heart when the time is just right. Many people are praying for you, your mommy and daddy and all the other special people in your family.
We hope that you have a good day today. God loves you and we do too!

I was just thinking how much fun we had at the Walkathon. I don’t think you or Job stopped chatting the whole time we walked that long walk back to the car! Tell your Mommy “Hi” for me. I pray for you and your family alot. Job prays for you alot too, and sometimes we have to stop where ever we are and pray for you, even if its in our basement while we are working out. Job misses you so much-you are his special friend.

Dear Zoe. We are friends of so many of these people we have just read on this site. We used to live there, but we are now far far away in Missouri. But we are as close to God here, as you all are there…God’s wonderful world.
So, we say Hello, and have been praying for you. It is so neat to be able to pray from far away. We have looked forward to any news about you.
So, we hope the next news we read is that you have a new heart, and on the mend, going home very soon. If I were there, and when it was time, I’d get you something special off that Christmas list of yours.
Roger and Judie Helmick of Missouri

Hi Zoe! This is Mrs. Goodrich. I just wanted to let you know that we love you and are praying that the Lord will work out his plan for your wonderful life! You have been such a good example for us in your attitude and energy! I miss you peaking into the library to say hi when you are on a potty run. Don’t worry, the first Friday you come back to school, I guarantee that Mikeala will pick you to come eat lunch with us! I am so looking forward to that day and I am sure that you will have so much to tell us. We might have to carry our lunch in to dinner time!
Chrissy and Mike…we are praying that the Lord will bring you strength that you did not know you had, and peace that passes all understanding! We love you and are continually praying for Zoe and your family.
